Stephen Matt Amadalo current Honorary Secretary of the College of Human Resource Management Alumni Association. Has extensive experience in people profession in the manufacturing, retail, education, Non-Governmental Organization, and Health care gained over a period of over 25 years, in Kenya and Uganda. He is a Founder and CEO of Baseline Resourcing and Personnel Limited, and Blackthorn Systems Limited both based in Nairobi. The former is a consultancy firm in people profession, while the latter is a consultancy firm in technology and associated businesses.

Prof, as he is popularly known specializes in People Practice, Culture and Behavior, Change Management, Ethical Practice, Valuing people, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, Insights focused, Situational Decision Maker, Employee Experience and Engagement, Employee/Labor and Industrial Relations, Learning and Development, Resourcing among others. He posses Professional Courage in the practice of Total Reward Management, Talent Management, Business Acumen, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Winding down Businesses, Turnaround of Businesses and Evidence Based Practice. Currently, he is the Site Lead Human Resource Business Partner, a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and HR Leadership Team (HRLT) for De La Rue PLC. He is studying towards Chartered Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (Chartered Fellow CIPD).

Amadalo was in the pioneer class transitioning from IHRM to CHRM in 2014. He was the class president for all the classes of the year 2014. He continues to be an active supporter and member of the the College of Human Resource Management.
